I take 100mg progesterone per day orally. What would be the equivalent with this oil?Updated 2 months ago

When taken orally, about 100 mg of progesterone is typically metabolized down to roughly 25 mg after going through the digestive system and liver. Our progesterone oil contains 40 mg of progesterone per 5 drops. We generally recommend 5–10 drops of the oil per use.
