Lost packages

Damaged packages
We understand the disappointment of receiving a damaged package. In such instances, please report to our customer support team at [email protected] within a few hours of receiving the order and include photos of the damaged items or package.
We will review the provided documentation and, if necessary, arrange for a replacement or issue a refund.
If the pump on one of your hormone creams is not working please try the following;
- Give the bottle a few vigorous shakes and a few hard pumps. This typically remedies the issue. This problem can occur if there is an air bubble in the bottle.
